Daniel turns 8

Yesterday, Paul baptised Daniel a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Dallin, Ian, and Daniel dressed in Army gear waiting for party guest to arrive.
Daniel wanted an army guy party.
All of Daniels friends dressed to play army.

On April 8th Daniel turned 8. He went to breakfast with his Dad and his brother Dallin. Then off to school. For lunch I brought him McDonald's. After school he had a birthday party. He had 10 friends come over to play. All he wanted to do was to play army. Mom couldn't plan any games. The kids ran around and shoot each other for an hour and a half.

After the party was over we went to Aunt Denyse's and had KFC. Daniel had a really good day.

On Saturday, Daniel was baptised a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He also received the holy ghost. I felt the spirit very strong at the baptism. I am so proud of Daniel.

Two funny notes, before we went to the church we had Daniel dress in his white jump suit. When he got it on he said that he would pretend that it was a jail jumpsuit, and pretend that he broke out of jail. This proves that Daniel can make a costume out of anything! Ian wanted to get one of the jump suits on to look like Daniel. Paul told him no and Ian started to cry. He wanted to look like his big brother.

Saturday night we went to see Annie. It was so good. We had a lot of fun. The only complaint, is that I think that Uncle Blaine put ants on Kemry's chair. She could not sit still!
